Refund & Return Policy

At MM-MP, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across our multi-vendor marketplace. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.


1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Item received is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Item significantly differs from the description.
  • Product expired (if applicable).

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or worn products.
  • Personal care items with broken seals.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
  • Login to your MM-MP account.
  • Go to order history and select “Request Return.”
  • Provide reason and upload supporting evidence.
  • Vendor review and approval notification.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required.

5. Vendor Responsibility

MM-MP operates as a marketplace platform. Individual vendors are responsible for product quality and return approvals. MM-MP may assist in dispute resolution when necessary.
